Globe Technologies Corporation must authorize all returns.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt of return, a minimum 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns accepted.

Cancellation must be received prior to order being shipped.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Products will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Cost depends on location and weight.
